What is biodiversity?

What is biodiversity you may ask, we will try to educate you more about climate change and biodiversity. We hope you will enjoy this text and acknowledge what's going on in the world

Biodiversity explained

Biodiversity is the variety of nature in our world, unfortunately this is endangered in parts of our world by humans. For example in parts of South America trees are getting cut down by humans in need for wood, this there was a big wildfire in South America and in Australia the biodiversity over there is totally ruined. In Australia the forests are recovering from the big wildfire in February but in South America the wildfires are still going.

Why is biodiversity so important

Why is biodiversity so important? The more biodiversity there is, the stronger our ecosystem is. People don't realise what we have done to our nature, we try to stop that, you can help us too (how? Next paragraph)

How does biodiversity help us? CO2 destroys our ozone layer and heats up the world which kills our biodiversity. It helps us defeat global warming. The trees suck up CO2 and make oxygen in return
